The roof over the main prayer hall leaks in heavy rain, and the ablution area needs new pipes and flooring.
After this year's monsoon, water came through the roof over the main prayer hall on four Fridays. Our contractor has quoted S$41,500 to replace the waterproofing membrane and gutters, and S$18,500 to re-pipe and re-floor the men's and women's ablution areas. Work starts in January, insyaAllah, so the hall is ready before Ramadan. Every dollar goes to these two jobs, and we will publish the final accounts at the mosque.
